Creative Nonfiction Program November 4, 2022

An MFA application just over a year ago sent me to the Dalhousie University affiliated University of King's College program. Now I'm nearing the end of my second semester. Book pitches, proposals, and manuscript writing have all been part and parcel of the curriculum. Tough? Yes. When "A", "B", or "Fail" are the only options, I can't deny there's pressure. But exciting? Yes. Seeing your book come together, prepping for the business (Yes, it's a business) of being a writer...well, it's like nothing else.
